Bridging the Gap

Bringing Parents, School & Community Together

What is a PTO (Parent Teacher Organization)? This is you! As a parent or staff at High Lakes Elementary, you are automatically a member of the PTO. There are no membership or dues required thanks to our designation as a PTO instead of a PTA.

Our purpose is to bring parents, school and community together to help enhance our students' learning experience. We encourage parents and community to work together to support the educational endeavors at High Lakes Elementary.

Your PTO will strive to positively impact the lives of all students and their families by providing meaningful opportunities and curriculum-based activities throughout the year. We will sponsor programs and cultural opportunities to enhance the academic experience of all students to strengthen the bond between our school, our families and our community.

Your PTO strives to support and advocate for our children by partnering with staff, families, and the wider community to create a safe and healthy learning environment where students can excel and feel confident in themselves. Together we are a powerful voice for children. With your help, we can continue to work toward your PTO's goal of a quality education and nurturing environment for every child.
